About the Role
We are currently seeking two part-time Baristas to join our dynamic team at Columbus MEGA Hornby. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced café environment where your personality and passion for hospitality will shine.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Barista in a busy café setting and possess strong customer service skills. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn our unique coffee-making techniques and who enjoy engaging with customers on a variety of topics. A positive attitude and a readiness to work are essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced café environment
- Strong café and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to our coffee-making methods
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- Availability for casual shifts, particularly on Sundays for approximately 5 hours per week, with the possibility of additional shifts as needed
