About the Role
We are currently seeking a Groundskeeper & Gardener for a permanent part-time position (8 hours per week) with both AM and PM shifts available. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our outdoor spaces, including mowing grassed areas, edging, and managing weed control. We prioritize excellence in care for our clients, and are looking for a reliable and friendly professional to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where teamwork and a positive work ethic are highly valued.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience and knowledge in gardening and lawn maintenance.
- A proactive attitude with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Physical fitness and organizational skills to manage your own work schedule and complete tasks independently.
- Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a team and with external suppliers.
- A full, clean driver's license.
