About the Role
We invite you to join our team at Pathways, where you will support individuals in the mental health environment as they build resilience and independence. Your responsibilities may include medication support, meal preparation, household tasks, advocacy, community connection, and engaging in various groups and community-based activities.

We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a variety of shifts available across the Wellington region. One specific role is for 40 hours per week, from Tuesday to Saturday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Requirements

We seek energized and enthusiastic individuals who excel as resilient problem solvers in a dynamic environment.
To qualify, you should hold a current full driver's license and a current first aid certificate, or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, having the New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing (NZCHW) or a recognized equivalent, or currently studying towards this qualification, is preferred.
