About Our Role We are currently seeking a Cook to join our culinary team on a permanent part-time basis, working 20 hours per week with shifts available in the mornings and on weekends. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating high-quality meals and making a positive impact in our residents' lives. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing hearty and nutritious meals, ensuring that individual dietary requirements are met. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, and understands the importance of good food for overall well-being. Your Skills and Experience To be successful in this position, you should possess the following: - Proven experience in catering and food service, preferably in a commercial kitchen. - A culinary qualification or equivalent practical experience. - A genuine passion for creating excellent food and providing a memorable dining experience. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills. - A heartfelt desire to help others, coupled with excellent customer service abilities and a friendly demeanor. - Experience working to high-quality standards in food preparation.
