About the Role We are looking for Experienced Joiners to become part of our team. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of projects, showcasing your craftsmanship and attention to detail. We value organized and trustworthy individuals who prioritize quality workmanship. As you may be required to work across six different regions, flexibility regarding work locations is preferred. Key Responsibilities - Fabricate and install custom joinery and cabinetry. - Perform general framing, fix-outs, door hanging, skirting, and architraves. - Read and interpret drawings and plans accurately. - Measure and cut materials with precision. - Work independently or collaborate effectively as part of a small team. - Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. - Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other trades as necessary. Skills and Experience - A minimum of two years of experience in joinery is preferred. - Strong understanding of tools, machinery, and safety procedures. - Ability to read and work from technical drawings. - Excellent time management and problem-solving skills. - A manual driver’s license and access to your own transport is preferred. - Candidates must be able to pass a Criminal Check and Drug Test. Location The primary work locations will be across Auckland, Waikato, Northland, Nelson, Canterbury, and Otago.
