We pride ourselves on being compassionate, innovative, and collaborative, making a positive difference in the lives of those we support. About the Role We are seeking resilient, energetic, and conscientious individuals who are interested in supporting people with health-related issues or disabilities. This role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to build strong, trust-based relationships with the individuals we support, helping them to live fulfilling lives. As a support worker, you will engage in a variety of tasks that are both rewarding and challenging. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care (such as showering and bathing), household management and meal preparation, supporting exercise programs, helping individuals access the community, and providing bowel, bladder, and catheter care.
