About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Ryman, you will engage in varied, meaningful, and challenging work at our beautiful William Sanders Retirement Village in Devonport. In this full-time position, working Sunday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, you will utilize innovative technology, including our purpose-built care app, alongside your nursing and interpersonal skills to:
- Provide compassionate and high-quality care in accordance with care plans, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse.
- Consult with residents and their families to ensure their needs are met.
- Assist the Registered Nurse in supervising and guiding care staff.
- Support the Registered Nurse and clinical manager in delivering exceptional care.
Requirements

A collaborative spirit and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members are essential.
