About the Role
We are currently seeking empathetic and passionate support workers for casual positions. These roles will be filled on an as-needed basis, allowing for flexibility in scheduling. As part of a small team, you will provide care, warmth, and kindness to individuals living and working in our homes. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we support and the broader community.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- A genuine passion for helping others, coupled with patience, friendliness, and kindness.
- The ability to understand, communicate, and connect effectively with individuals.
- A professional demeanor, honesty, and reliability as a team player, with a flexible approach to work.
- Experience in carrying out personal care tasks.
- A full New Zealand Driver Licence, as driving a MASH van is a requirement of the role.

Benefits
