Our guiding principle is simple: everything we do must be “Good enough for mum and dad.” About the Role We are excited to announce a part-time opportunity for a Caregiver at Jane Winstone Retirement Village in Whanganui. This position requires working on Sundays from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individual care plans to ensure that the care provided meets the highest standards—care that you would expect for your own loved ones. You will utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, and work closely with your colleagues to foster a positive team environment. About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment, we are looking for individuals who embody kindness and empathy. You should possess outstanding communication skills and maintain a reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor. While experience in aged care is preferred, it is not essential. Please note that we require applicants to have New Zealand work rights for this position, and while we often welcome applications from overseas candidates, this is necessary due to immigration requirements.
