About the Role We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join Jane Winstone Retirement Village in Whanganui as a Caregiver. This part-time position is available for shifts on Friday and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM. In this role, you will have the chance to develop meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. You will follow individualized care plans to provide care that reflects the same level of compassion you would offer your own family members. You will also utilize the latest technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman, and work closely with colleagues to foster a supportive team environment. About You To thrive in our caring and supportive environment, you will need to possess certain qualities. Kindness should be a fundamental part of your character, accompanied by strong empathy and outstanding communication skills. A reliable, friendly, and professional demeanor is essential. While we would appreciate prior experience in aged care, it is not a strict requirement.
