About the Role We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an experienced Service/Customer Consultant. In this role, you will be the face of our business, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through effective communication and meticulous attention to detail. Your daily responsibilities will include managing bookings, handling invoicing, performing sales administration, and executing general administrative tasks. You will also collaborate closely with the Workshop Foreman to ensure that we meet our customers' expectations and keep them informed throughout their experience with us. Our goal is to build lasting relationships with our clients, and your role will be critical in achieving that. Requirements The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications: - Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred but not essential - A strong willingness to go above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines - A proactive approach to recognizing and addressing concerns before they escalate - Proficiency in computer systems - Enjoyment in a customer-facing role - Capability to work effectively in both team settings and independently - A high level of personal presentation - Experience in towing and driving motorhomes is required As a valued team member, you will play a vital role in our success.
