About the Role We are currently seeking an enthusiastic all-rounder to join our close-knit team in Christchurch. Reporting to the Branch Manager and working from our new purpose-built facility, you will play a crucial role in both front counter service and back-of-house operations. As a representative of TWL, you will engage directly with our customers while ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Assisting customers in person, over the phone, and online - Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders - Receiving goods and entering data into our inventory system - Maintaining organized and visually appealing product displays - Processing sales transactions and preparing necessary documentation and invoices - Supporting stocktakes and cyclical inventory counts - Upholding excellent customer service standards and adhering to safe work practices Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: - Experience in the automotive or heavy transport parts industry (preferred) - A positive attitude and a willingness to learn - Strong attention to detail and proficient computer skills - Physical fitness and a readiness to engage in hands-on work - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mentality - A forklift license is a bonus, or the willingness to obtain one Benefits Joining TWL Christchurch means more than just a job; it is an opportunity to advance your career with a company that genuinely values its employees and provides substantial support.
