About the Role As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers looking to book service and repair work. Your role will involve providing clear guidance on service requirements, timeframes, and costs. You will coordinate the workflow between customers and our workshop team, ensuring that all documentation and invoicing are handled accurately. Delivering exceptional customer service at every stage is central to this position. Requirements To excel in this role, you should have prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role, particularly within the automotive or transport industry.
