About the Role
We are currently seeking a part-time Support Worker to join our team. This position requires you to work 64 hours per fortnight, with a schedule that includes the following:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM
Week 2: Monday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM

Requirements
To succeed in this position, you will need:
- An understanding of the Enabling Good Lives principles
- Previous experience as a Support Worker
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with people
- A high level of professionalism, honesty, and reliability, along with a flexible approach
- Energy and enthusiasm for being part of a team
- The ability to provide personal care, including showering and dressing
- A full New Zealand Driver Licence, as driving a MASH van is part of the role
- A New Zealand Certificate in Health and Wellbeing or a commitment to working towards this qualification, which will be funded by MASH Trust

Benefits
