About the Role
We are currently seeking empathetic and passionate Support Workers to join our diverse services, including Community and Rehabilitation, Disability, and Social Services. Whether you are looking for flexible hours to accommodate other commitments or prefer regular rostered shifts, we offer a variety of permanent full-time and part-time positions. We specifically need Community Support Workers who are available for both weekdays and weekends.
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients live independently, both in their homes and within the community. You will provide both practical and emotional support, assisting clients in achieving their goals and reaching their full potential.
Your responsibilities may vary and will typically include the following tasks:
- Meal preparation
- Community outings and integration
- Administering medication
- Assisting with personal care (such as showering and toileting)
- Home management tasks
Requirements
We are looking for individuals who possess a strong desire to support and help others while striving for excellence in their work. While previous healthcare or caregiving experience is desirable, it is not essential.
Key qualifications include:
- Excellent communication skills
- Healthcare qualifications are advantageous
- A full New Zealand driver's license and reliable transport are required for most positions

Compensation for this role ranges from $23.38 to $29.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
