About the Role We are currently seeking a Certificated Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis, covering a period of parental leave until January 2026. We are looking for an individual who brings heart, purpose, and passion to their teaching practice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a well-resourced center, bringing your creative ideas to life. Requirements To be successful in this position, you will need to have: - A recognized ECE qualification and current NZ Teaching Council teacher registration. - A warm, positive teaching style that is rooted in empathy and care. - A respectful, child-led approach that embraces curiosity and individuality. - Confidence in navigating ECE regulations, along with a proactive problem-solving mindset. - A genuine love for teamwork and the ability to grow alongside others. - A passion for creating meaningful connections with both whanau and tamariki.
