About the Role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic non-certificated educator to join our team in the Infant room. This permanent position offers 40 hours of work each week, allowing you to engage with children in a well-resourced environment filled with a variety of fun activities. From delicious cooked meals to cultural celebrations, we strive to provide an enriching experience for every child. Our center also offers a free van drop-off and pick-up service, making it convenient for families in our community.

Requirements
To excel in this role, we require candidates to have the following qualifications and qualities:
- Essential First Aid knowledge
- Proven experience working with infants in New Zealand
- Strong understanding of the Reggio Emilia Approach
- Familiarity with ECE regulations and the Te Whariki curriculum
- A solid grasp of child-led curriculum and planning
- A desire to teach in a positive and nurturing manner
- A bubbly, confident personality that engages well with children
- Initiative and effective time management skills to adapt as needed
- Availability to work during center opening hours (7:30 AM) and closing shifts (5:30 PM)
