About the Role We are currently seeking a qualified Dispensary Technician or a motivated Trainee Technician aspiring to become one to join our dynamic team at Unichem Russell Street Pharmacy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our patients receive the right medications at the right time. For those considering the trainee pathway, we offer a structured program that includes study via correspondence, which typically takes 2 to 3 years to complete while working full-time. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should meet the following criteria: - Hold a Pharmacy Technician qualification or have at least 2 years of trainee experience. - Have pharmacy retail experience or relevant retail sales experience. - Demonstrate accuracy and the ability to learn quickly. - Show a genuine passion for customer service. - Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong rapport with customers and team members. - Be physically fit, confident, friendly, and approachable. - Maintain a stable work-life balance with a strong work ethic.
