About the Role
We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join our long-standing team that consistently achieves outstanding outcomes. In this role, you will provide direct clinical pharmacist facilitation services, with a primary focus on the appropriate prescribing and utilization of medicines within Primary Care.

You will be part of a close-knit team of Clinical Pharmacists, reporting directly to a dedicated Team Leader. This supportive environment allows for a high degree of autonomy as you work to deliver exceptional pharmaceutical care.

About You
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand, including a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) with no restrictions.
- A relevant clinical post-graduate qualification, or progress towards one, along with sufficient work experience to demonstrate general pharmaceutical knowledge in core areas or specialized knowledge in the management of long-term conditions.
- A current Driver's License.
- Experience with medicine review services, such as Medicines Therapy Assessment or Comprehensive Medicines Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to conduct research and provide accurate medicine information.
