About the Role
We are currently seeking Construction Labourers to join our team for temporary assignments throughout Christchurch and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that are essential for maintaining a safe and efficient construction site.
Your typical duties will include:
- General site cleanliness and organization
- Moving materials as required
- Assisting with digging tasks
- Participating in demolition work
- Stripping formwork
Ideally, candidates will have their own transportation to facilitate travel to various job sites. We are also able to assist you in obtaining a site safe card if you do not already have one.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction or a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- Own transportation is highly desirable
Benefits
We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $24 to $26, along with an additional 8% holiday pay. Our team members receive personal protective equipment (PPE) at no cost, and we ensure that you are paid on a weekly basis.
