About the Role We are currently seeking dependable labourers who are interested in casual shifts in and around Christchurch. Our available positions vary from day-to-day roles, providing a diverse range of experiences. Some of the responsibilities you may encounter include: - General labouring on construction sites, including site clean-up and moving materials - Event setup and pack down - Labouring for electrical companies, including digging trenches - Labouring for landscaping companies, which involves tasks like wheelbarrowing and basic landscaping work - Car grooming, including cleaning and relocating rental cars - Scaffold labouring, which involves moving heavy materials We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities: - A strong work ethic - Availability on short notice - Comfort with inconsistent work schedules, as shifts will arise as needed - Willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks - Sound knowledge of health and safety protocols - A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills - Reliability and the ability to work well with diverse teams We provide all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for the roles, and employees will receive weekly pay.
