About the Role
We are currently seeking full-time Aluminum Fabricators to join our team and support various project work throughout New Zealand. This position offers the chance to work on a range of construction and fabrication sites, with locations determined by project demand. The role is perfect for experienced fabricators who are open to relocating or traveling as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing aluminum components and structures. You will read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints, operate relevant hand and power tools, and ensure that all work adheres to health, safety, and quality standards. Additionally, you will work across different sites as required by project deployment.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of three years of experience in aluminum fabrication, whether local or overseas. You must be capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and possess skills in welding, cutting, and shaping aluminum materials. A trade qualification or NZQA-recognized experience is preferred. The ability to work independently and travel between job sites is essential, along with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

While this role is listed in Wellington, we are actively recruiting for positions across all regions of New Zealand based on project requirements. This includes both the North Island and South Island, with regions such as Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke's Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington, Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, and Southland. We welcome applicants from any of these regions, and you must be willing to travel or relocate as needed; relocation costs will be covered by the company.
Benefits
We offer competitive pay ranging from $24.00 to $28.00 per hour, with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week. These positions are full-time and permanent, and we provide personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools where necessary. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
