About the Role We are seeking an individual with a genuine interest in the building industry who can deliver outstanding customer service consistently. In this role, you will learn about building products and materials, their applications, and the significance of exceptional customer service for all clients, regardless of their background. This position requires a full, current clean driver's license. While an "F" endorsed forklift license is advantageous, it is not a mandatory requirement. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Picking and preparing orders for delivery - Providing excellent customer service - Performing general trade yard duties Requirements Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: - A passion for delivering excellent customer service - Enthusiasm and a strong sense of team spirit - The ability to offer effective solutions to customer inquiries - Some knowledge and experience related to the building industry, with a desire to learn more - Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy lifting - Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills - A willingness to learn and use initiative, with a quick and alert mindset - A full, clean driver's license is required This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week from Tuesday to Saturday. While previous retail or building industry experience is preferred, it is not necessary as we provide comprehensive training for those willing to learn.
