About the Role
We are seeking an Administration Support professional to join our Patient Care Liaison team at the Otumoetai Primary School Dental Clinic. This is a permanent part-time position, requiring commitment of 4 hours per day from Monday to Thursday.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting and enhancing the participation of pre-schoolers and school-aged Tamariki, along with their whanau, in accessing oral health care. Effective communication will be key, as you will engage with families using various methods to ensure they are informed about our services.
Your responsibilities will include working with our electronic patient records systems to enroll patients, schedule appointments, carry out patient group reconciliation, and perform data entry tasks.
