About the Role We are currently seeking a full-time Administrator for Housing Support to join our Rotorua office on a fixed-term basis until May 2026. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing efficient and proactive administrative services that ensure the smooth operation of our office. As the first point of contact for customers visiting our office, you will handle customer communications and queries while providing essential internal administrative support. You will work closely with a dedicated team of customer-facing professionals to ensure our people and customers are well supported and set up for success. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, flexible, and well-organized, with the ability to structure your work logically. Your cultural awareness will be key in aligning with our customers' aspirations and preferences, particularly when working with Māori and Pasifika communities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to remain calm and resilient in high-pressure situations. You should also possess a sound understanding of confidentiality and know when it is appropriate to share information. While prior experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment is highly desirable, a current, clean, and full New Zealand driver's license is a requirement.
