About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and packing down Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TMPs) and assisting with general laboring duties on site. Flexibility with location is essential, as the job may require travel to various sites around Christchurch. You will work closely with your team to ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that work is completed efficiently.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong team orientation and a keen awareness of health and safety practices.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
- Hold current TMO/STMS qualifications (essential)
- Provide a proven track record confirmed by two references
- Pass a pre-employment drug test
- Hold at least a Class 1 FULL driver’s license (Class 2 or WTR is advantageous, and we are willing to assist you in obtaining this)
- Maintain a safety-first attitude for yourself, your team, and the public
- Demonstrate reliability, honesty, and flexibility
- Be physically fit, as the role involves being on your feet throughout the day
