About the Role
We are currently looking for a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team in West Auckland. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a background in industrial environments. In this role, you will be responsible for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair work, ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in machinery and systems.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Be capable of wiring motors ranging from 1.5 kVA to 15-24 kVA.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A trade qualification in electrical work.
- The ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Your own transport and tools.
Benefits
