We are currently seeking qualified Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technicians to join our growing team. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You will work independently in a safe manner while adhering to client specifications and requirements. As a vital member of our team, you will also engage in maintenance work and take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the leading hand. We value a positive attitude and teamwork, as well as compliance with our company policies, including Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and Safety standards. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have at least three years of proven experience in HVAC ducting or possess a relevant trade qualification. A current driver's license is essential, along with strong communication and time management skills. We expect our technicians to deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain strong organizational skills. The ability to supervise other technicians may also be required. Familiarity with reading architectural drawings is desirable but not mandatory. Pay Rate The pay rate for this position ranges from $30.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Hours per Week This position requires a commitment of 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on project needs.
