HVAC Technicians, Area Manager & Driver

About the Role We have multiple positions available, including HVAC Technician, Area Manager, and Driver with HVAC/Electrical Experience. HVAC Technician We are looking for three HVAC Technicians who will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in both residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include conducting fault diagnosis on electrical components, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining accurate service records. Area Manager We need one Area Manager to oversee and manage HVAC and electrical service teams. This role involves acting as the primary liaison with our clients, particularly Housing New Zealand (Kāinga Ora), and ensuring that all projects meet contract specifications and compliance requirements. Driver (with HVAC/Electrical Experience) We are seeking one Driver who will support our HVAC and electrical teams by safely transporting tools and materials between job sites. This role also includes assisting technicians with onsite work and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and logs. Requirements For the HVAC Technician role, candidates should have at least two years of hands-on experience in HVAC and electrical servicing and installation, or a Level 4 qualification in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical. For the Area Manager position, a minimum of two years' experience in managing operations in HVAC or electrical contracting is required, particularly with a focus on social housing projects, alongside a Level 4 qualification in electrical/HVAC engineering, business, or construction management. For the Driver position, candidates must possess a valid New Zealand driver's license and at least two years of driving experience along with HVAC/electrical support experience, or relevant vocational experience in electrical or HVAC assistance. Benefits We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $32 to $35 per hour, depending on the position. All roles are full-time, with a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 45 hours per week.
