About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our softscape team across various projects in Canterbury. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in luxury landscaping. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of softscape projects, which requires a deep understanding of plant knowledge, irrigation systems, and effective crew management.
Our projects are primarily acquired through word of mouth, thanks to our strong relationships with high-end construction companies. With a large project set to begin in Oxford in late August and a healthy pipeline extending into 2026, this is a key role within our company.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in high-end landscaping and gardening
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for creating luxury landscapes
- Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality finishes
