About the Role We are currently seeking a Casual Sales Assistant who is passionate about connecting with customers and delivering a unique retail experience. In this role, you will work alongside a welcoming team at our Queensgate concept store, where you will demonstrate a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge, and relationship building. Your goal will be to create memorable experiences for our customers. Responsibilities include: - Creating a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction. - Maintaining presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning. - Processing customer transactions on the point-of-sale system. - Exceeding sales targets and business key performance indicators. - Providing styling advice and support in fitting rooms. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: - Experience in a similar fashion retail role, with a strong sense of personal style. - Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system. - An eye for detail, along with a passion for styling and visual merchandising. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management. - A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values. - The ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
