About the Role We are currently seeking a casual team member who is passionate about fashion and customer service. As a Part-Time Stylist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving your personal sales and ensuring operational excellence in the store. As a Stylist, your responsibilities will include: People - Promoting our brand's cultural values through energy, collaboration, inspiration, success, and integrity in every aspect of your role. - Engaging in effective communication with both the team and management. - Representing the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times. Performance - Implementing our CLASS selling steps in every customer interaction to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. - Contributing to strong sales performance in alignment with store goals. - Supporting the Store Manager in product movements to enhance sales. - Executing daily store standards in accordance with our visual merchandising guidelines. - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of yd. products, including their features and benefits, using our product guide.
