We are currently seeking two motivated Shop Assistants to join us on a casual basis in our busy Campus store. About the Role As a Shop Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering a positive in-store experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, assisting them with their needs, and building strong relationships to enhance their shopping experience. You will also be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately, which may include cash, invoices, and credit payments. Additionally, you will handle exchange, credit note, or refund procedures in accordance with our company policies.
