About the Role
We are currently seeking a vibrant and driven Centre Administrator to join our team. In this essential role, you will serve as the first point of contact for families, warmly welcoming them and guiding them through the enrolment process. You will also ensure that our operations run smoothly by managing a variety of administrative tasks.
This is a permanent position requiring 30 hours of work per week, from Monday to Friday.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries with professionalism and care
- Hosting centre tours and assisting with new family enrolments
- Managing accounts, invoicing, and direct debits
- Accurately entering data into our systems
- Maintaining filing systems, record-keeping, and other general administrative duties
- Supporting classroom activities as needed
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys connecting with people
- Highly organized and able to meet regular deadlines
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and general IT systems
- Clear and professional in communication
- Reliable, trustworthy, and a true team player
- Comfortable with account processes and capable of problem-solving
