    About the Company The Open Home Foundation is a Christian Community Response organization dedicated to the vision that every child and young person deserves to grow up in a secure and loving family environment. As a national Child and Family Support Service, we are committed to supporting families and caring for children throughout our communities. About the Role We are currently seeking a National Office Administrator to join our dedicated team based in Lower Hutt, Wellington. This part-time position requires 30 hours per week and involves a variety of high-level administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include arranging travel and accommodation, preparing for and assisting with meetings and training sessions, managing schedules, supporting communications, and providing administrative assistance to our Executive Team. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Strong attention to detail - Effective time management skills with the ability to maintain accurate records - Capability to prioritize tasks efficiently - Ability to work well under pressure - A strong sense of empathy towards the special relationship between Māori and Tauiwi, in alignment with our organization's values Benefits Joining our team means becoming part of an organization that is committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families.
