About the Role
We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to join our Auckland Jobs sales team. In this desk-based role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with clients in your portfolio through phone and email communication.
You will explore the specific needs of your clients, gaining a deep understanding of their businesses to determine how we can best support them in achieving their goals. As you become an expert in the employment market, you will analyze our data to provide valuable insights to your clients.
Your role will also involve identifying growth opportunities within your accounts and selling our products to enhance the client experience. You will proactively reach out to businesses of varying sizes and industries to discuss their recruitment advertising needs. Additionally, you will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing your ideas and insights during meetings, workshops, and daily interactions.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a background in outbound or inbound sales, or a similar field. While an understanding of the recruitment industry is advantageous, it is not a requirement.
We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, and a strong, positive attitude. You should have the ability to prioritize tasks and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment. As a team player, you will contribute to team goals and be committed to driving revenue and client growth within your portfolio.
