About the Role
We are currently seeking a Partnerships Manager to join our Fundraising, Marketing & Communications team. In this full-time, permanent position, you will play a vital role in managing and expanding Youthline's national corporate partnerships, focusing primarily on our major partner. This role goes beyond traditional account management; it is an opportunity to cultivate meaningful relationships that directly contribute to funding youth mental health support services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Deepening relationships with corporate supporters through tailored engagement plans.
- Identifying and activating partnership growth opportunities.
- Leading strategic partner campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Pitching and onboarding new businesses that align with our values.
- Delivering comprehensive impact reporting and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
Requirements
We are looking for a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for social change. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, work independently, and approach every interaction with warmth, professionalism, and energy.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of three years of experience in senior partnerships, sponsorships, or business development roles within the charity or not-for-profit sector.
- A talent for storytelling and proposal writing that inspires action.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience in building long-term partnerships and exceeding revenue goals.
- The ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the non-profit or fundraising sector is a plus.
