About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our team as an Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACCN). In this leadership position, you will collaborate closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to provide clinical oversight and ensure that our professional practice and patient safety standards are maintained at the highest level. To excel in this role, you should possess a current Annual Practicing Certificate from the New Zealand Nursing Council and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development through postgraduate study. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with at least five years of post-registration nursing experience, showcasing contemporary clinical practice along with proven skills in team leadership and people management. We seek an individual who is confident, adaptable, and dedicated to achieving clinical excellence through effective teamwork. As this role requires flexibility, you should be prepared to work across a full roster of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
