About the Role
We are excited to offer a leadership opportunity for a Registered Nurse who is ready to take on the role of Associate Charge Nurse Manager (ACCN). In this position, you will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to provide clinical oversight and ensure that our professional practice and patient safety standards are upheld at the highest level.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practicing Certificate from the New Zealand Nursing Council. A commitment to ongoing postgraduate education is essential. We require candidates to have a minimum of five years of post-registration nursing experience, showcasing contemporary clinical practice, along with demonstrated skills in team leadership and people management.
We are looking for someone who is confident, adaptable, and dedicated to clinical excellence and effective teamwork. Flexibility is a key requirement, as this role involves working across a complete roster of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
