About the Role
We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity to join our team in a pivotal role focused on recruiting Allied Health and Administrative Staff. This position will allow you to directly contribute to achieving national health targets by providing strategic and operational recruitment guidance to our leaders.
You will be responsible for delivering candidate-centric recruitment services, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will work closely with clinicians to understand the specific vacancies you are addressing and deliver recruitment services that align with workforce strategies and professional registration requirements.
Additionally, you will provide advice on sourcing and candidate attraction strategies, coach hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and assessment methods, and ensure timely communication and support for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Participation in health sector employment initiatives and recruitment events will also be part of your role.
About the Team/Service/Location

About You
To excel in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience in recruitment or talent acquisition. We seek individuals with 2-3 years of relevant recruitment experience and a strong understanding of New Zealand legislation as it applies to large, complex organizations. Experience in the public health sector is preferred.
Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders are essential, as is a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are looking for someone who is resilient, innovative, and passionate about improving the healthcare system.
