About the Role
We are excited to announce a fixed-term opportunity for a Roster System Advisor to join our dynamic and enthusiastic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing first-line support and training for our workforce, working closely with the payroll team. We are looking for someone with scheduling skills and roster knowledge, as well as strong coordination abilities within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Ideally, you will have prior experience in a similar role and be capable of multitasking and adapting to a changing environment. A background in nursing, system support, training, or payroll would be advantageous. While experience in a healthcare setting is desired, it is not essential.
In this position, you will act as the first point of contact for our users across the organization. Your responsibilities will include offering functional support, managing change, and delivering training sessions and workshops for end-users. Additionally, you will handle administrative and maintenance tasks essential for the successful operation of our system and service.
Requirements
We are seeking a motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills and an open, collaborative communication style. The ability to work effectively under pressure and to multitask is crucial. You should possess a keen eye for detail and be technically savvy, with a proactive approach to enhancing processes and embracing new system advancements.
A significant aspect of this role will involve supporting users at various levels with scheduling and timekeeping activities, ensuring a positive user experience throughout.
