You will be responsible for optimizing designs through 3D computational modeling and mentoring junior engineers in best practices. Senior Structural Engineer (CPEng) Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 Technical Focus: Seismic Design, Structural Analysis In this role, you will tackle advanced structural analysis challenges related to earthquake-resistant design. You will lead a team of engineers and CAD technicians, ensuring compliance with rigorous technical standards while optimizing structural solutions for a variety of projects. Senior Geotechnical Engineer Salary: $125,000 - $155,000 Technical Focus: Site Investigation, Foundation Design As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will lead geotechnical investigations and analyses in Canterbury's complex soil conditions. Your role will involve applying specialized knowledge to foundation design, slope stability calculations, and earthworks specifications while developing a technical team. Requirements For all roles, we are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: - Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering, depending on the position. - Significant project experience (5+ years) in the respective engineering discipline. - CPEng registration or demonstrable eligibility for registration. - Strong proficiency in relevant technical software and computational modeling tools. - Experience applying local technical standards and specifications. - Proven ability to manage projects and deliver measurable outcomes.
