About the Role We are seeking a Floor Sweeper Operator to join our busy and successful plant nursery team. In this important support role, you will operate ride-on commercial cleaning equipment to maintain the cleanliness of our nursery floor. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that the concrete floors are cleaned daily to the highest standards using advanced cleaning machines designed for effective sweeping and scrubbing in our purpose-built glasshouses. We welcome applicants who have experience operating commercial cleaning equipment, such as ride-on sweepers or polishers. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative. Previous experience operating similar equipment is an advantage, but not mandatory. A keen eye for detail and a reliable, dependable work ethic will serve you well in this position.
