We are currently seeking an Operations Support Manager to facilitate our soft cleaning service operations at Christchurch Airport. About the Role In this role, you will work closely with the Contract Manager to make informed decisions and guide your team towards success. Your primary focus will be on ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. We are looking for a motivated individual who consistently delights customers and passengers. The ability to think on your feet and solve problems will be highly advantageous, as you will be involved in projects that require strong IT capabilities. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have 2-3 years of experience in operations or contract management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a flexible "can do" attitude. Key Skills & Attributes We are seeking someone who can demonstrate the ability to create and develop a high-performing team. A passion for the aviation industry is desirable, and prior experience in this field would be an advantage. Excellent time management and attention to detail are crucial, as is confidence in using digital tools and reporting systems. Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills are also necessary, along with a professional presentation and a hands-on leadership style. Additional Requirements Candidates must possess a full, clean New Zealand driver's license and have the ability to pass Ministry of Justice and Police vetting checks. It is also essential to be legally entitled to work in New Zealand.
