About the Role We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to become part of our dedicated team based in Hornby. This position offers a temp-to-permanent opportunity, and we are eager to find enthusiastic individuals who are ready to contribute immediately. In this role, you will work closely with a collaborative team, where you will be responsible for reading and interpreting technical drawings, loading and calibrating the CNC machine, and performing tasks that may involve heavy lifting on a daily basis. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum of two years of experience operating CNC machines. We value attention to detail, so a sharp eye for precision is essential. You should also be fit and capable of handling physically demanding tasks. It is important that you are self-motivated and able to work autonomously to complete tasks accurately and meet deadlines. A positive attitude will greatly contribute to your success in our team.
