About the Role We are seeking experienced Civil Labourers with expertise in drainage, roading, trenching, and general civil construction. As a member of our close-knit and supportive team, you will play a crucial role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to specifications. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating machinery, and are willing to engage fully in their work. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in drainage, roading, and trenching - A current WTR endorsement (this is essential) - A strong understanding of site safety protocols - Physical fitness, reliability, and a strong work ethic - The ability to provide two solid references - A clean Class 1 driver's license (Class 2 is a bonus) - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Benefits We offer competitive pay rates that reflect your experience and skills.
