About the Role
In this position, you will be part of a team that values innovative and effective solutions to civil construction challenges. You will benefit from the guidance and support of experienced Foremen, Project Managers, and Senior Management, ensuring you have the resources you need to succeed.
About You
We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to contribute to our high-performing environment. You should have a willingness to learn and assist with general labor tasks. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- A minimum of three years of experience on a civil construction site
- Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
- Competence in using power tools and operating compaction equipment
- Some experience with setting rotating lasers
- Reliability as a team member
- A clean New Zealand or International Driver's License
- Flexibility to travel away from home if required
