Your responsibilities will include overseeing the preparation and execution of dishes with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment, and contributing to menu planning and seasonal development. Collaboration with management will be essential as we strive to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our guests. What We’re Looking For We are looking for a candidate with proven chef experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Strong leadership qualities are essential, along with the ability to motivate and mentor others. A genuine passion for producing high-quality food and excellent communication skills are important traits for this role. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards and will have the flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed. Experience with wood-fire pizza is a plus.
