About the Role We are seeking an experienced cook for a full-time position based in Christchurch. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing meals for breakfast, lunch, and cabinet service. Additional duties will include baking, cleaning as required, and contributing to menu creation. Shift hours for this position are from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday to Friday. The pay rate is $25 per hour, along with an additional 8% holiday pay. This position is based in Christchurch Central, and candidates must be flexible to work on public holidays. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: - Previous food preparation experience is essential. - A commitment to long-term employment is required. - Candidates must have reliable transportation and a clean driver’s license. - The ability to pass a Ministry of Justice (MOJ) check and a drug test is necessary.
