About the Role We are currently seeking full-time Scaffolders to join our team and support project work across the country. This role offers a chance to work on diverse construction sites where you will be responsible for erecting and dismantling scaffolding systems. We welcome experienced scaffolders who are open to relocating or traveling as required. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be tasked with: - Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with site plans and safety standards. - Inspecting scaffolding for safety and structural integrity. - Collaborating closely with site supervisors and other trades to ensure project timelines are met. - Operating relevant hand and power tools safely and efficiently. - Adhering to health, safety, and quality protocols across all job sites. Requirements The ideal candidate will possess: - A minimum of 2 years of experience in scaffolding, whether locally or overseas. - Relevant scaffolding qualifications or certifications (preferred). - A strong knowledge of safety standards and scaffolding regulations. - The ability to read and interpret technical plans and site layouts. - A capacity to work independently and travel between job sites. - A strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship. Nationwide Opportunity and Travel Although this position is listed in Auckland, we are recruiting for scaffolders to be deployed across all regions of New Zealand based on project needs. The available regions include: North Island: Northland, Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu-Whanganui, Wellington. South Island: Tasman, Nelson, Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland. We invite applicants from any of these regions, and candidates must be willing to travel or relocate as necessary. The company will cover relocation costs. Benefits We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $26 to $40 per hour, with a minimum guarantee of 30 hours per week. These are full-time, permanent roles, and we provide PPE and tools where required. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
